Guaranteed annual return to the owner for five consecutive years, on qualifying units purchased through Mawa Brokerage and operated by Mawa Living. Furnishing, listing, guests, tenants, maintenance and reporting are ours — occupancy risk sits with us, not with you.

The return is calculated on the purchase price and set out in each owner agreement, which governs the term, qualifying units, conditions and exclusions.

How a purchase runs

  1. We confirm what you are eligible to own, before you see anything.
  2. You see premium and landmark inventory inside the approved zones only.
  3. We handle the deed transfer through the Saudi Properties portal, and the premium residency application where it applies.
  4. The unit is furnished and placed under a Mawa Living agreement.
  5. You receive the contracted return and monthly reporting on occupancy, revenue and cost.
